How do I receive it?
After confirmed payment, use the download button on the completion screen. Unzip the file and open START.html. There is no download email. If you close the page, contact support without buying again.
Does it run on my phone?
It has been tested in desktop Chrome on Windows. Mobile devices, Safari and Firefox are not verified. Check your environment before buying.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. This is a one-time purchase of version 1.0, with no separate account or API subscription required. Future features and indefinite support are not included.
Where do my records go?
Export a JSON backup to keep your work. Optional device storage depends on the browser and is not encrypted. CSV is for reading or analysis; use JSON for restoration.
What if I cannot open it?
Email nomuratakamasa11921192@gmail.com with the product, device, browser and what happened. Do not include client data or payment-card information. Correction and refund conditions are in the sales terms.
